Completion of Acquisition

Silverdell Plc announces that the acquisition of RDS Asbestos Management Consultants [UK] Limited by Redhill Analysts Limited, a subsidiary of Silverdell Plc, has been completed. Initial consideration payable on completion of the acquisition was satisfied by the payment of GBP895,000 in cash and by the issue of 5,550,000 ordinary shares in Silverdell Plc ("Consideration Shares").

The Consideration Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 5 September 2011. Following admission of the Consideration Shares the total voting rights in ordinary shares with voting rights will be 180,839,719.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Silverdell Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
