Director Shareholding

Further to the announcement released on 31 January 2007 in relation to the 
appointment of Marcus Yeoman as a non executive director and interim Chairman 
of Secora PLC, in accordance with Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules the 
Company wishes to disclose that Marcus Yeoman currently has a beneficial 
interest in 63,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company representing 0.6 per cent.
of the issued share capital of that class.
