                     RAMBLER MEDIA APPOINTS MAXIM KONOVALOV
                           AS CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Rambler Media Limited (RMG.LN), ("Rambler" or "the Group"), operating one of
Russia's most popular internet brands, is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr. Maxim Konovalov as the Group's Chief Technical Officer with immediate
effect.

Maxim Konovalov will be responsible for the management and running of Rambler
Media's technical systems and his primary objective will be to optimize the
performance of Rambler's internet sites. He will play a leading role in
delivering innovative new projects and he will make further improvements to
Rambler's IT architecture/infrastructure. Maxim Konovalov's appointment is
in-line with the Group's strategy to consolidate Rambler's position as one of
the leading internet brands in Russia by further enhancing the user experience
for millions of Rambler.ru users each day and creating the best possible and
most reliable on-line advertising platform in Russia.

Prior to joining Rambler Media, Maxim Konovalov led the IT department of Comstar
Direct, the leading ISP based in Moscow as its Director. Prior to this, he was
the head of MTU-Intel's (as Comstar-Direct was previously named) Telematic
Department before becoming their Operational Director.
