Revocation of investment company status 
 
As envisaged in the Prospectus, the Company intends to pay capital dividends to 
shareholders once capital profits have been realised. To prepare for this 
eventuality, the Board has therefore decided that it is no longer appropriate 
for the Company to remain an investment company and has revoked the Company's 
investment company status with effect from 22 June 2009.
