                  Exercise of Warrants


Medisys PLC announces that it has issued 200,000 ordinary
shares  of  1p  each  in  the Company  arising  from  the
exercise  of  warrants. The exercise price of  the  share
options was 15p per ordinary share.

Application  will be made for all of these shares  to  be
admitted  to  trading  on the Official  List  of  the  UK
Listing Authority.
