Director/PDMR shareholding

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1), Ludorum plc ("Company") announces that, on 16 December 2014, the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility surrendered in full the interests in ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") that they had acquired pursuant to the Ludorum plc Share Ownership Arrangements ("SOA") in July 2009 as follows:

The Company also announces that this surrender triggered the vesting of rights to acquire shares granted to each of Robert Lawes and Richard Rothkopf pursuant to the Top Up Award Schedule to the SOA. As a result, on 16 December 2014 Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited, in its capacity as the trustee of the Ludorum plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), transferred the following numbers of Shares to Robert Lawes and Richard Rothkopf in satisfaction of such vesting:
