Share Placement

Latin Resources Limited ('Latin' or 'the Company') is seeking to raise funds by issuing up to 18 million fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of A$0.07. Each new share issued will come with one free attaching option exercisable at $0.20 each on or before 26 October 2014, subject to shareholder approval (Placement).

The Placement will be offered to investors entitled to receive such offers pursuant to Section 708 of the Corporations Act.

No related parties or associates of related parties of the Company will participate in the Placement.

The Company will announce final applications for the Placement on or before 31 July 2013.

The funds raised from the Placement will be used to progress the Company's projects in Peru and for working capital purposes.
