                             Director Shareholding


The Company has today been informed that Simon Abell, the son of Mr J D Abell
(the Chairman of the Company), purchased 1,500 ordinary shares in the capital of
the Company on 5 July 2007 at 275 pence per share.

Mr J D Abell currently holds 901,500 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 26.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr J D Abell is deemed by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers to be acting in
concert with certain members of his family. Members of the deemed concert party,
including Mr J D Abell (together "the Abell Concert Party") now own in aggregate
a total of 993,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 29.21 per cent.
of the current issued ordinary share capital).
