February 2009 Mr. D. Goldman, Non-Executive Chairman, bought 700,000 ordinary 
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 1.5p per Share. Following this 
transaction Mr. Goldman is interested in 802,959 Shares, representing 
approximately 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
