                                    Invu plc

Agreement with CI opens up new vertical

Invu plc, ("Invu"; Ticker: INVU) the innovative document management software
provider, is pleased to announce an agreement with reseller Centerprise
International (CI), a leading provider of educational ICT solutions, to take on
the exclusive distribution of Invu technology to the education sector in the UK.

Invu's Electronic Document Management technology links seamlessly to SIMs,
Capita's School Information Management solution, and enables schools to address
the problem of storing and retrieving school information, as well as instantly
accessing every document about every pupil while remaining compliant with
evolving Data Protection and Freedom of Information legislation.

David Morgan, CEO of Invu, said:

"We are delighted to announce this agreement with CI which extends our reach to
the educational market. CI is a superb solution provider and they will give
first class service and support to ensure painless implementation and instant
benefits. CI's reputation and expertise will allow the education sector to
enjoy the obvious benefits Invu's technology brings.

"Whilst Invu has already had success selling to several educational institutions
this partnership allows us to access the entire educational market with a highly
respected and competent partner. Furthermore, we are pleased to be offering
Invu at a price point that supports and recognises the fiscal constraints which
schools work under."

Stuart Green, Director of CI, said:

"Invu is the silver bullet for schools wanting to solve the problem of paper:
where to store it, how to file it and how to find just what they need, right
when it's needed. With Invu, everything is scanned and available at the touch of
a button. This not only saves space, but also reduces the burden on
administrative staff, enables teachers to have more time to teach and protects
against the loss of files that in some cases schools are obliged to keep for 25
years."

                                     -ends-
