Statement re suspension

As a result of the delay in publishing its audited accounts for the year to 31 December 2011, the board announce that the Company's shares have been suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 19. The suspension, which commenced at 14.00. today, will remain in place until the Company's accounts have been published and posted to shareholders.

The delay in finalising the audit is principally related to postponement in consolidation of group's subsidiaries in Greece, Italy and Cyprus. The June 17 Greek election which produced a tripartite governing coalition has put an end to a prolonged period of domestic political uncertainty that fuelled market worries over the country's euro area membership. The board believes the audit will be complete on or around 11 July 2012.
