      Notification of Interest in Issued OrdinaryShare Capital of Company



The directors of Galleon Holdings plc ("Galleon" or "the Company") have been
informed that Tigerhawk Limited ("Tigerhawk") has acquired a beneficial interest
in 10,000,000 of the one pence ordinary shares ("shares") ofGalleon, pursuant
to a recent placing by the Company of a total of 33,000,000 new shares.
Tigerhawk is a private company controlled by Mr. Richard Thompson.

Limetrend Limited, a private company also controlled by Mr. Thompson, is the
beneficial holder of 94,780,000 shares of Galleon. This raises the holdings of
shares under the common influence of Mr. Thompson to 104,780,000, or 11.62
percent of the enlarged, issued share capital of the Company (10.57 percent).
