Dealings by Directors and PDMR

Granby  Oil and Gas plc, the oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in  the
UK  North  Sea  and  onshore Europe, has today been notified of the following  share  dealings  by
Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility.

The  purchases by Nigel Burton from Richard Moreton and Martin Whitehead were undertaken today  as
off  market  transactions  at  52  pence  per share. The  other  purchases  today  were  on-market
transactions at 74 pence per share.
