Further to the announcement earlier today, the Company would like to clarify
that of the 8,988,840 2p Ordinary shares sold by Mr Robert Bonnier, 6,738,891
of these Ordinary shares were immediately repurchased by Toocs International
Limited, a Company wholly owned and controlled by Mr Robert Bonnier.  Mr
Robert Bonnier's holding post the exercise of his options and sale has
therefore increased from 39,576,019 to 45,000,000.
