                                 Board Changes

Freeplay, the original and leading global brand of clean, dependable energy
products, announces the following changes to the Board.

Leonard Fassler has retired as a Non-Executive Director and from the Board. Mr
Fassler has been associated with Freeplay for over six years and has played an
important role in the development of Freeplay.

Stuart Kinney has resigned as a Non-Executive Director and from the Board. Mr
Kinney joined Freeplay following the acquisition of Barrett Marketing Group Inc
in July 2006. Mr Kinney is currently General Counsel at Barrett Corporation.

The changes came into effect immediately following the Annual General Meeting
held at 11.30 am today.

Rory Stear, Executive Chairman of Freeplay, commented:

valuable contribution to the development of Freeplay during their time on the
Board and wish them well for the future."
