Director Share Dealing - Mr Philip Derry

EuroTelecom Communications, Inc. has today been notified that Mr Philip Derry,
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased 35,000 shares of
Class A common stock on 20th July at #1.40 per share.

Upon completion of these transactions, Mr Derry now holds a total of 35,000
shares of Class A common stock and a further 1,696,760 shares of common stock in
the Company, representing 5.7% of the issued share capital.
