Crown Place VCT PLC 
 
The  second allotment of New Ordinary Shares of nominal value 10 pence per share 
in  Crown Place  VCT PLC  under the  Albion VCTs  Linked Top Up Offer (which was 
launched  on 1 November 2010) took  place on 22 March  2011 at an issue price of 
35.4 pence per New Ordinary Share. 
 
Applications  for  1,833,102 New  Ordinary  Shares  in  Crown Place VCT PLC were 
received. 
 
The  net proceeds of the Offer to date  to Crown Place VCT PLC are approximately 
 GBP1,253,000.  The Offer  will remain  open until  12 noon on  5 April 2011 unless 
fully subscribed and closed earlier. 
 
Application  has been made to the Financial Services Authority for 1,833,102 New 
Ordinary  Shares to  be admitted  to the  Official List  and to the London Stock 
Exchange  for the New  Ordinary Shares to  be admitted to  trading on the London 
Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. 
 
It  is expected that Admission  will become effective, and  that dealings in the 
shares will commence on or before, 8.00 a.m. on 29 March 2011. 
 
As  at this second  closing of the  Albion VCTs Linked  Top Up Offer on 22 March 
2011, applications  (across all seven  of the Albion  VCTs) totalling  GBP8,559,000 
were received, and have been met in full. 
 
Due  to recent fluctuations in  the pound: Euro exchange  rate and the amount of 
investors  who  have  elected  to  have  their tax-free dividends reinvested, in 
accordance  with  the  "Offer  Document"  Albion anticipate that the fundraising 
limit under this offer will be capped at approximately  GBP13.3m.

Following  this allotment, and, in  conformity with the Transparency Directive's 
transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
Crown  Place VCT PLC's capital today consists of 82,443,121 Ordinary shares with 
a  nominal value  of 10p each.   Crown Place  VCT PLC  holds 7,260,410 shares in 
Treasury. 
 
Therefore,  the  total  number  of  voting  rights  in  Crown  Place  VCT PLC is 
75,182,711 which  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the  denominator  for the 
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their 
interest in, or change to their interest in, Crown Place VCT PLC under the FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
