The Board of Crown Place VCT PLC announces that the unaudited net asset value
per share of the Company at 28 February 2007 amounted to approximately 43.2
pence per share (excluding Treasury shares). This is after accounting for the
dividend of 1.25 pence per share which was paid to shareholders on 19 January
2007.
