Result of AGM

CAP-XX Limited (AIM: CPX), a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, prismatic supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, Resolutions 2 to 5 put to shareholders were duly passed.

Further to the Company's announcement on 7 January 2025, Steen Feldskov stepped down from his role as a Non-Executive Director of the Company following the Annual General Meeting.  In anticipation of this, Resolution 1 which related to the re-election of Mr Feldskov as a director of the Company was withdrawn.
