Comland Commercial Plc ('Comland ' or the 'Company')

Results of Court Meeting, EGM and AGM

At the Court Meeting held earlier today, shareholders holding 213,973 Comland
shares, representing 51.5 per cent. of those eligible to vote, voted in favour
of the resolution, with no votes against, to approve the Scheme of Arrangement
first announced on 7 September 2007 ("the Scheme"). Accordingly the  requisite
majority of at least three quarters of those voting have approved the Scheme.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to apply
for the cancellation of the Company's admission to AIM was also passed
unanimously.

Accordingly, application will now be made to the Court to sanction the Scheme.
The Court Hearing is expected to take place on 12 October 2007 and cancellation
of the Company's admission to trading on AIM is expected to take effect at 08.00
on 15 October 2007. The Scheme timetable is set out below.

All resolutions were also passed at the annual general meeting of the Company
held earlier today.

Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those terms defined in
the Scheme Document posted to Comland Shareholders on 10 September 2007.
