Rule 2.10 announcement in respect of MCF Holdings Limited

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, MCF
Holdings Limited announces that it has 100 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue.

The MCF Holdings Limited shares are not traded on any stock exchange and do not
have an International Securities Identification Number.

Comland Commercial Plc ("Comland") posted a document to Comland shareholders
yesterday, 10 September 2007,  in respect of a recommended proposal  for the
acquisition of Comland by MCF Holdings Limited by means of a Scheme of
Arrangement.
