                           Update on Dover Properties 
 
Regarding the proposed disposal of the Dover Properties to Dover Gateway Limited 
as updated on 4 August 2010, the Company reports that on Friday 20 August 2010 
it served notice to complete with Dover Gateway Limited. 
In the update of 4 August 2010, a final completion date of Friday 3 September 
2010 was agreed;  however because of the bank holiday during August, the notice 
will expire on Monday 6th September 2010.
