2009 that Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation plc (through its indirectly 
wholly owned subsidiary ENRC Africa 1 Limited) holds 2,714,639,490 ordinary 
shares in CAMEC, representing 94.33 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
