                         Senior Management Appointment

CareCapital (AIM: CARE), a healthcare real estate developer and owner that was
admitted to AIM on 4 August 2006, today announces that Louise Matthews has been
appointed to the senior management team as Director - Healthcare Projects. She
will be responsible for all projects subject to public procurement processes
from initial submissions through to the hand-over of completed developments to
tenants.


Louise has considerable previous experience in both healthcare and project
management, most recently gained as Healthcare Projects Manager with Laing
O'Rourke, Portfolio Solutions, where she was responsible for identifying and
progressing business development opportunities in major health and associated
projects including ProCure21, LIFT and PFI.


Prior to Laing O'Rourke, Louise spent her career, starting in 1985, in a number
of increasingly senior positions with NHS Trusts in the Birmingham area. From
1994-1997, she was Chief Internal Auditor and Head of Specialist Services with
Healthcare Audit Services (an NHS Agency). She went on to hold two senior
positions at NHS Trusts: Trust Board Secretary and Capital & PFI Audit Manager,
South Birmingham Mental Health NHS Trust and Risk and Legal Manager, New
Hospitals Project, University of Birmingham NHS Trust.


Louise holds an MSc in Construction Management and is a Fellow of the Institute
of Internal Auditors.
