                    RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING



The Board of Blueheath is pleased to confirm that all of the resolutions
proposed at today's Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company were passed.


The 67,900,178 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each, being the Conditional
Placing Shares, are expected to be admitted to trading on 23 February 2007.
