                      Bow Lane Capital Plc (the "Company")


                          Readmssion to Trading on AIM



Following the approval of the resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General
Meeting on 17 July 2006, the Company was readmitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market today and, accordingly, completion of the
acquisition by the Company of Silverdell UK Limited has occurred. The Company is
expected to trade as Silverdell plc from tomorrow.
