Appointment of Administrators

Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The Company confirms that, further to its announcement on 11 March 2024, the Board of Bidstack has now appointed Paul Berkovi and Mark Granville Firmin of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP as administrators to the Company.

The Company also announces that, as a result of the Company appointing administrators, SPARK Advisory Partners Limited has informed the Company of its resignation as Nominated Adviser with immediate effect. Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month of today's date, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled. The Company has no current intention of appointing a replacement Nominated Adviser.

Trading in Company's ordinary shares on AIM was suspended on 11 March 2024.
