Fraser And Neave Limited :  Sale of 259, 000 Shares

BIL International Limited ("BIL") announces that through its wholly owned
subsidiary, Inscribe Investments Limited, it has sold 259,000 shares of Fraser
and Neave Limited at the price of S$7.8577 per share.  BIL now holds 9.169% of
the paid-up capital of Fraser and Neave Limited.
