                          Further Capital Distribution 
 
The Board of ACP Mezzanine Limited (the "Company": AIM: ACPM) today announces a 
return of capital of 2.2 eurocents per share, payable on 30 April 2010 to 
shareholders on the register on 16 April 2010.  The ex-dividend date will be 14 
April 2010. 
This distribution of approximately EUR5.1 million mainly comprises proceeds from 
the disposal of the Company's CDO / CLO portfolio (as announced on 16 December 
2009).
