This notice announces the partial repurchase by National Bank of Abu Dhabi during the month of March 2012 of a further aggregate of AED 11.3 million (AED 11,250,000) of outstanding NBAD 2018 Subordinate Convertible Notes (ISIN XS0346928749), which are listed on the London Stock Exchange. The repurchased Notes have been cancelled and retired reducing the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes to AED 1.03 billion (AED 1,032,040,000).
