Amendment of Final Terms
The following final terms have been amended and restated with
the consent of the Noteholders, in each case, to amend the Maturity
Date of the 3,000,000 Market Access Notes due January 2024 (ISIN:
XS2439875043) (the "Notes") from 30 January 2023 to 31 January 2024
and the Valuation Date of the Notes from 23 January 2023 to 24
January 2024:
1. in respect of the first tranche of the Notes, the Final Terms
dated 28 January 2022 (as amended and restated on 20 December 2022)
(the "First Tranche Final Terms");
2. in respect of the second tranche of the Notes, the Final
Terms dated 28 April 2022 (as amended and restated on 20 December
2022) (the "Second Tranche Final Terms"); and
3. in respect of the third tranch of the Notes, the Final Terms
dated 30 September 2022 (as amended and restated on 20 December
2022) (the "Third Tranche Final Terms").
(The First Tranche Final Terms, the Second Tranche Final Terms
and the Third Tranche Final Terms, together, the "Final
Terms").
