DP World Completes Sokhna Acquisition

DP World today confirmed the completion of its acquisition of the 90 per cent
stake in Egyptian Container Handling Company S.A.E (ECHCo), as announced on 31
October 2007.  DP World assumes operations at Sokhna port with immediate effect.
