AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and
supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products
to the global transport market, announces that it was notified that
on 17 March 2022, Mr Stephen Brown, Chief Operating Officer of the
Group, purchased 909 ordinary shares in AB Dynamics, each at a
price of 1100 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Brown has an interest of 3,328
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.015% of the
Company's current issued share capital.
