(Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding Inc.'s 10.75%
Equity Linked Securities (ELKS) based upon the American Depositary
Receipts (ADRs) of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce. Priced at $10 with
an initial offer size of 4,500,000 shares, this equity trades under
the ticker symbol ECC and has a maturation date of December 8,
2006. This equity will trade under the symbol ECC.WI on November 23
only. The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Incorporated. The
