Mr. George Lunick, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pearl River Holdings Limited (TSX VENTURE: PRH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rod Bell to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Rod Bell brings a wealth of experience to the Board both in the Plastic Industry and working in Asia. Mr. Bell was President of Rodman Plastics Ltd. a subsidiary of Pearl River Holdings Limited since 1996, where he was Managing Director of all operations. Previous to that, Mr. Bell worked in Asia in the Finance and Managing Director capacity for various private and public companies.
