Hanwei Energy Services Corp. (TSX: HE) (“Hanwei” or the “Company”), today announced that Mr. William G. Paine has resigned as an Independent Director of the Company effective September 28, 2021. The Company wishes to sincerely thank Mr. Paine for his contributions to the Company over the last fourteen years.

The Company also announced that effective today the Company has appointed Ms. Mary Ma (CPA, CGA), the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, as a Director.
