                            APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS


Aukett Group Plc are pleased to announce the following executive appointments to
the Board which take immediate effect:-


Stephen Embley                     Director, Resources
Stuart McLarty                     Director, Marketing
Paul Newman                        Director, Performance & Process management



Mr Embley, 45, joined Aukett in 1986 and since May 2002 has headed up the Hotel
and Corporate Offices Business Unit. Mr Embley will be responsible for the
effective use of the Group's UK and European resources and skill sets in areas
of Aukett's expertise.


The appointment of Mr McLarty, 42, who joined Aukett in 1985, emphasises the
importance to the Group of marketing and sales support and the development of
the Aukett brand across the Group's field of activities. Mr McLarty has headed
up the UK marketing function since May 2002 and will be responsible for building
on the progress already achieved across the entire Group.


Mr Newman, 47, joined Aukett in 1981 and since May 2002 has headed up the Retail
& Transportation Business Unit. He will be responsible for delivering
significant improvements across the Group in project performance and project
risk management. Early clarity on client requirements and identification and
management of risk are essential to the Group's attainment of efficiency gains
and improved client satisfaction.

make Aukett more responsive to clients and marketplace opportunities. The three
new Directors have established reputations and extensive experience in their
respective fields and bring fresh impetus to Aukett's use of it resources and
skills, brand development, performance and project risk management. I greatly
welcome their appointment to the Board."
