On May 10, 2022, Unity Software Inc. (“Unity”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
A copy of the prepared remarks for the video webcast scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time/5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 10, 2022 was posted on the Unity Investor Relations website at investors.unity.com, simultaneously with the issuing of such press release.
