Director's Dealing


The Company has today received notification that yesterday Geoffrey Mountain
(Chief Executive) sold 180,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share
capital of the Company at 195 pence per share.  The shares sold represent a very
small proportion of his holding.  Mr Mountain now has a beneficial interest in
7,387,773 ordinary shares, representing 56.93 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
