Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II (the “Company”) will not, without unreasonable effort and expense, be able to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period, as the Company requires additional time to compile the necessary disclosure and financial information to complete the Form 10-Q filing.

 

The Company expects to file the Form 10-Q within the extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
