LAKE OSWEGO, Ore., March 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- When torrential rains and devastating floods destroyed the Vernonia Soccer Club's equipment shed, balls, nets, goal posts and jerseys last year they knew they'd need to buy new equipment, and soon.
