On June 30, 2019, Mr. Nitin Soma resigned from his position as
Vice President Information Technology of Net 1 UEPS Technologies, Inc. (the
Company), effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Soma was not the
result of a disagreement with the Company or on any matter relating to the
Companys operations, policies or practices.
