UCN to Introduce New Website Along with Name Change to inContact,

software, reported its NASDAQ common stock trading symbol will
change to "SAAS" in conjunction with its previously announced name
change to inContact(R), Inc. effective January 1, 2009. Due to the
New Years market holiday, the trading symbol will become effective
at the open of the NASDAQ market on January 2, 2009. "Our name
change reflects our emergence from a provider of telecommunications
services to the leader in Software- as-a-Service (SaaS)
