ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders on December 13, 2010. At the meeting, our stockholders (i) elected the persons listed below to serve as directors of the Company, and (ii) ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP to serve as the Company’s independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
