Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Directors.

Effective January 22, 2022, Jason B. Hurwitz resigned from the Global Indemnity Group, LLC (“GBLI”) Board of Directors (“Board”) by providing notice on January 22, 2022. Mr. Hurwitz’s decision to resign does not involve any disagreement with GBLI on any matter relating to GBLI’s operations, policies or practices.
