Swiss regulators on Wednesday said they would provide liquidity to Credit Suisse Group AG, if necessary, offering a lifeline to the lender hard hit by concerns over its financial health. ADRs of the investment bank jumped 7.4% in after-hours trading.

Adobe Inc. raised guidance on some of its fiscal 2023 targets and issued its outlook for the second quarter. Shares of the software maker rose 5% in after-hours trading.

Proterra Inc. reported a wider fourth-quarter loss and warned that it may not have enough liquidity at the end of the current quarter. Shares of the electric vehicle technology maker dived 14% in after-hours trading.

UiPath Inc. provided a bullish outlook for the current quarter and fiscal year as well as its latest quarterly results. Shares of the automation software company climbed 13% in after-hours trading.
