Further to the announcement dated 3 July 2006, the Directors are pleased to
confirm that the dividend proposed in that announcement, for the period ended 31
March 2006, of 2.75p per share has been declared for payment on 5 December 2006
to shareholders on the register on 3 November 2006. The ex-dividend date will be
1 November 2006.
