                           Appointment of Director.

On the 18th July 2014 the board of Wellington Market Company plc appointed
Andrew Sparrow to the board as an executive director.

Mr Sparrow has been employed within a number of varied industries, from which
he has gained significant relevant experience at different levels. His past
role coupled with four years' service with this company has allowed him to play
an instrumental role in the development of our business.

I am delighted that Andrew has joined the board and we all wish him every
success in his new role.
