                NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 17 September 2007 Stylo PLC ("the Company) was notified that on 11 September 
2007 Mrs Marjorie Ziff has increased her shareholding in the Company by 630,000 
limited voting ordinary shares at a price of 66.9p.

On completion of the purchase Mrs Ziff's shareholding will be 5,533,646 limited 
voting ordinary shares, representing 16.6 per cent of the issued limited voting 
ordinary shares and 10.2 per cent of the total voting rights.
