The Board of SMF Technologies PLC ("the Company") announce that the renewal  of
the loan note agreement detailed in the preliminary results announcements issued
on July 18, has now been signed.  The accounts of the Company have now been
signed by the directors and the audit report hereon by the Company's auditors
Deloitte & Touche.  The independent directors of the Company, who have consulted
with Insinger English Trust (the trading name of Insinger de Beaufort (Corporate
Finance) Limited), the Company's nominated advisor, consider that the terms of
the loan note are fair and reasonable insofar as the shareholders of the Company
are concerned.
